Ms. Hattie's class at Apollo has been working hard learning "whole body listening" and what they CAN do. The kids also worked on their fine motor skills, by cutting, gluing, and coloring their own Mr. Potato head pieces. Huron Valley United Racing middle schoolers are currently undefeated in the Michigan Scholastic Cycling Association 2023 race series after 4 out of 6 races! The high school is tied for 1st place with Brighton Area Schools in the Division 1 scholastic competition after 4 out of 6 races as well! Congrats, HVUR! Another great weekend for Huron Valley Marching Band! Saturday, they hosted the Dragon Invitational with Lake Orion at LHS. There were over 1300 spectators and 12 bands from across the state competing. HVMB won flight one and got best visual performance. Then 6 of the bands were chosen to perform again and HVMB placed second! They also won the traveling Dragon award. Congratulations, HVMB!!! #HVSsuccess #WeAreHVS
