  • Include a signed authorization form by the employee so HVS is able to release the employment information. We will not release information if it is not included. We do not give employment information verbally.

  • The turnaround time is 3-5 business days.

ID BADGES

Employee ID badges are available Monday-Thursday at the Administration Building during normal office hours. Closed for lunch from 12-1 pm.
