Earlier this month, White Lake Township Supervisor Kowall had the honor to award Lakeland High School Senior Grace Fitzgerald with a scholarship check for $5,000 as the winner of the Fran Anderson "Making a Difference" Essay Scholarship.

After the scholarship presentation, Grace and Supervisor Kowall were part of the Holiday Extravaganza Parade in Pontiac on Saturday, December 7th.
