The annual Online Back-to-School Process is open in Family Access for all HVS families, including those enrolled in the International Academy West and in our PAL and GSRP preschool programs. 

Log into your HVS Family Access account to complete the process. If you have trouble logging in, email family.access@hvs.org for help. 

Please be sure to complete this process for each student in your household and update any information that may have changed. Once this process has been completed, elementary schedules will be available on August 27th after 4:00 pm, middle school schedules will be available on August 23rd after 4:00 pm and high school schedules will be available on August 22nd after 4:00 pm.

For any families needing assistance, HVS will provide an open computer lab at the Brooks Center. This lab will have computers available and a staff member present for all parents/guardians needing help.
