Little Women Poster

The Lakeland High School Theatre Company is proud to present “Little Women” as its Fall Theatrical Production this weekend.  Based on the cherished novel by Louisa May Alcott, "Little Women" tells the story of the four March girls, Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy, as they grow to adulthood in the mid-nineteenth century Civil War era New England. The girls endure hardships, challenges, and eventually even a tragic loss, but their courage, their love for each other, and the strength of their family bond never fade.

This production involves more than 40 cast/crew from LHS and IA West along with 2 furry friends from Best Buddy Pet Rescue who are sure to steal the show and your hearts. I warmly welcome you to join us for an evening with sensible Meg, headstrong Jo, quiet Beth, and lively Amy for a wonderful and moving theatrical experience for the whole family.

The curtain will rise at the Lakeland High School Center for the Performing Arts December 1st at 7pm, December 2nd at 7pm, December 3rd at 2pm and 7pm, and December 4 at 2pm.

Tickets for all other performances are on sale online now for $10. The cost will go up to $12 for adults and remain $10 for students/seniors at the door.  Tickets will be sold online up to 4 hours prior to each show, and if there are any remaining tickets they will be sold at the door.  Go to www.lhsperformingarts.org to purchase your tickets online.
