Lakeland Leadership is proud to announce that the Holiday Hope for Kids event to support special needs students is back this year! The event starts with our annual bowl-a-thon this Saturday from 12-3pm at Century Bowl in Waterford. There is a minimum $20/person donation and it is $6/person to bowl, so $26 total. We take cash and checks for this payment at the door when students arrive. We also have pledge sheets for students to complete in the LHS Main Office and outside the Leadership room A506. We also accept more then the minimum donation if you would like to help support our program.
For the students if they attend the bowl-a-thon this Saturday and one of the other community service events in the coming days they can attend the party here at LHS on Dec 8th and spend some time with some great students from across Oakland County and celebrate the holiday season.
This program also includes all IA West Students! We would love to see some IA students come to the bowl-a-thon and participate in the program this year! The more the merrier this holiday season!
