As part of the new Spanish curriculum, students engage in speaking the language throughout class in a variety of different ways. On Thursday, students in Mrs. Liggett's Spanish 2 class were able to watch and participate in a puppet show based on a Spanish story that was also projected behind the "stage". While the new program is only in its second year, Lakeland students love the new approach and are able to speak, read, and write with much more proficiency.
