This morning Oxbow had the chance to recognize a handful of our students that have demonstrated multiple attributes from our Positivity Project. I big thank you to Leo's Coney Island in White Lake for donating food for our delicious breakfast celebration.
Congratulations to our two student teachers Ms. Przybylo and Ms. Brenner. Today was their final day at Oxbow as they completed their elementary education teaching degrees. These two amazing teachers have been a joy to have this past school year. We wish them good luck on their next adventure in education!

A big thank you to our volunteers and Mrs. Fitzpatrick from White Lake Middle School for coming in today to fit our 5th graders for instruments. Many of our students are interested in growing within their skills and knowledge with Band next school year! #oxbowproud
Today Oxbow had the privilege of meeting story teller, Genot Picor. The students had a wonderful time singing, dancing, and acting out parts of his wonderful Michigan History stories. The kids even had the chance to learn some Native American sign language, as well as a fun game children would play in the past to practice spear fishing.

Meteorologist at Fox 2 News. Our
second and fourth grade classes
thoroughly enjoyed learning about
weather patterns and tornadoes. Thank

In celebration of Earth Day, Mrs. Zaleski's class has a blast helping to clean up our school grounds. Mr. Dobrin even made a surprise visit to help out! #Oxbowproud

Ms. McGinnis has her students creating beautiful floral designs inspired by textile designer Eloise Renouf. In celebration of this year's Earth Day, they used recyclable materials during their print making.
