Oak Valley Middle School

We extend a warm welcome to our new assistant principal, Martin Kaye! After graduating from CMU, Mr. Kaye completed his teaching certification and Masters in Secondary Education at Wayne State. He taught Social Studies for 18 years. Earning his Masters in Educational Leadership from U of M Dearborn, he served as an administrator with Oakland Schools’ Career and Technical Education programs for nine years, followed by three years at Oakland University supporting the Teacher Education program.. He also served as a guest administrator to support Oxford High School for three years, Lakewood, and Spring Mills. We are so happy to have Mr. Kaye at OVMS this year! He and his wife, who is a school social worker, reside in Farmington Hills. They have two grown children.
