8th grade NJHS students designed and painted a banner for the Huron Valley community event celebrating Martin Luther King Day in downtown Milford. You can see their banner in the window of Dreamy Daze Boutique for the month of January.

Congratulations to our WLMS Wired Warriors Robotics Team on an excellent season! They earned the Control Award at the Goodrich Tournament on Saturday. This award is for mastering robot intelligence. Congratulations Wired Warriors!!

WLMS Girls Basketball and Wrestling Announcement:
There will be a meeting for all 6th, 7th and 8th grade girls interested in trying out for the girls basketball teams tomorrow, Dec 5th during 6th hour. Students will receive a packet of information. Packets will also be available in the main office.
Coach Bageris is gearing up for the upcoming wrestling season. There are packets available in the main office with sign-up information and schedules. Our wrestling team is open to all WLMS 6th, 7th and 8th graders.

Attention Warrior Families - It is that time of year again - time to donate all unclaimed lost and found items! Is your student(s) missing a water bottle, lunch box, coat, shoe (not necessarily a pair) or other items they brought to school? Have them check our lost and found (located in the Cafeteria). Our 7th grade Boys Basketball team beat OVMS 23-22 in a thrilling "buzzer beater" yesterday. This moves the Warriors record to 1-2.
Our 8th grade Boys Basketball team lost a hard fought game to OVMS with a score of 31-46. This moves their record to 1-2.
The next games will be at home vs Sarah Banks this Wednesday!
