Fifth Grade was finally able to go on a field trip! We went to Lyon Oaks Golf Course for a unique STEM learning opportunity. We worked with several professionals to understand the many skills involved to maintain a golf course.

Fifth graders are "Over the Moon" with their latest science project. Along with recording nightly observations of the moon, students are becoming songwriters. Groups are working together to create moon phase songs to teach others about all they have learned. They have stepped into the roles by adding costumes and back up acts. They look forward to performing for other grades.
