The Heritage Huskies recently wrapped up an exciting Spirit Week, filled with fun activities and themed dress-up days. The festivities coincided with Milford High School's Spirit Week and culminated in a memorable homecoming parade float voting session.
Running from September 25th to September 29th, Heritage Spirit Week brought students and staff together for a week of spirited camaraderie. Each day was marked by a unique theme that encouraged students to show their creativity and enthusiasm.
- Monday: "Under the Sea" day had everyone donning their favorite blue shirts, creating a sea of azure within the school halls.
- Tuesday: "Hawaiian Day" transported Heritage Huskies to a tropical paradise, as students sported their finest Hawaiian attire.
- Wednesday: "Fluorescent Day" lit up the campus with an array of bright and vibrant outfits.
- Thursday: The age-old debate of pirates versus sailors came alive on "Pirates vs. Sailors" day, where students dressed as either swashbuckling pirates or sea-faring sailors.
- Friday: "Destination Milford" day brought the focus back to Milford, with students proudly wearing Milford Maverick gear or something red to show their school spirit.
The highlight of Heritage Spirit Week was the opportunity for students to participate in voting for their favorite homecoming parade floats. This voting session provided a platform for students to express their preferences and contribute to the school's spirited festivities.
