We had a blast kicking off this year’s Kids Heart Challenge at Lakewood Elementary School! With help from this year’s Heart Heroes, we’re learning all about keeping our hearts healthy through movement, kindness, rest, and knowing when to ask for help.

Any Lakewood student can enter, you can use any medium but it must fill a full 8.5x11 in paper, this years theme is THROWBACK, no additional writing, write your name on the back, and all submissions must be entered by January 16th!
